The Gerbers and drill file were created using FreePCB.

"drill_file.drl.grb" and "Output.pdf" were created by running "Convert.bat".

Robert Offner was kind enough to share his Windows Command script 
"Convert_to_pdf.cmd", which can be used to produce toner-transfer production 
PDFs from KiCAD output.
