To run the Gbsa (Gaalxy-based Search Algorithm):

You need "MATLAB software" isntalled on your system. 
Then,
Double click on "mygui.fig" by your mouse to open the algorithm
Or
Open the "mygui.m" in Matlab editor, and then click on F5
