SET UP: 
First, edit config.php to your liking. Everything is explained by the comments.
Then upload it to your site.
The best method is to leave the script named news.php and load it through a frame.
The tags should be self-explanatory.
Included are:
--The script itself (news.php);
--The configuration file (config.php);
--The flatfile for post storage. (images.txt);
--An empty HTML file for storing links to your other imageboards. Links do not automatically generate! (boards.html); 
--A stylesheet folder. (/styles/);
--A 2ch stylesheet. (/styles/2ch.css);
--A Futaba stylesheet. (/styles/futaba.css);
--A Burichan stylesheet. (/styles/burichan.css);
--The ReadMe. (ReadMe.txt);
