DataContext 

Settings for database.

Contains: 
- CDataContext: class for datacontext
- FMain etc: test class

As developer, to be able to switch databases, keep several "contexts" in Settings file.

- count of contexts
- names of contexts
- default context (to use when  error with other setting, i.e. not reachable)
- current context (currently selected; in use).
