Tool to switch different contexts when developing and testing an application. eg laptop with local database, test environment, or production.  

This is done by a setting in the configuration file, where the id, name and description of each context is kept by this tool, and the database settings are made and read by this tool.  

Use: Make the application to use this tool, from within an application, e.g. from a menu, to let the user switch context.  After a context change, the other settings to connect to the database are used.
