Freeciv Galactic Milieu ruleset, for Freeciv 2.2 or 2.3,
not updated yet for 2.4 versions of Freeciv:

galactic-0.2.7.tar.gz

NOW MOVING TO Freeciv 2.4, so will need:

galactic-0.2.9.tgz

(It is a .tar.gz, just named as .tgz for short.)

A play-by-email galactic game client written (by someone
else who is credited inside) in java; ported by me to a
new name and default orders-email-address and such to
try it out to see if it might be useful in this project:

I guess play by email isn't in demand; also apparently the
windows installer and maybe even the windows version itself
without the installer intervening, didn't work for at least
one person. I built it on Fedora Core 14 Linux machine,
using some installer thing for windows and build stuff for
building for windows on Linux that the thing seemed to be
trying to use.

It got no orders from anyone else at the orders email
address so I eventually gave up checking for any and no
longer run the cron tasks that were chuggalugging along at
it for many months many months ago.
