HOWTO:

1) download runtimes.7z, decompress the direcory "runtimes" it to your pc;
2) execute runtimes\gtk2.14\gtkset.exe to add runtimes\gtk2.14\bin into "Path" of environment
3) you need use runtimes\glade3\bin\glade-3.exe for designing gtkmm's application interface
4) execute runtimes\gtk2.14\bin\g2forms.exe to build your glade file which make by my glade-3.exe
