Casio Fx702p handheld-computer emulator ======================================= This is the binary distribution. Sources can be found at https://sourceforge.net/p/fx702p/code. For more informations on this vintage basic-programmable calculator, see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casio_FX-702P Or read the manual: http://pocketcomputerworld.free.fr/Manuals/FX-702P.pdf Windows ------- Download Fx702p_Windows.zip, unzip it, enter the Fx702p directory and click on Fx702p.exe. It is designed to run "in place" with no installation nor dependencies. To do so it comes with an embedded Java 1.5 Virtual Machine. It should be compatible with even Windows 98 (tested once) but was primarily developped on Windows XP & Seven. If you have at least a Java 1.5 runtime installed or if you experience problem running the default Fx702p_Windows.zip version, you should switch to Fx702p_Windows_noJre.zip. If a valid Java version is not installed, it will open the web site where you can download it. OSX --- Download Fx702p_OSX.dmg, double-click on it and either copy the Fx702p application to you 'Applications' folder, any other place or run it from the mounted dmg itself. Linux ----- Download Fx702p_Linux.tgz, extract it and launch the Fx702p.sh script.
