Fixes [#101] As each node is parsed on creation/modification, it no longer makes sense to parse everything when * any node is changed, * a single task is edited from the editor, * the task list is opened,

Also the fireing of the event handler is reduced to map changes (no longer fired when selection is fired, or the node is not modified)

In this release the reparse can be forced using Alt-H (as before) otherwise only single nodes are modified.

There is some logging left deliberately, to show how many times events are handled.

There is a known issue [#102] that freezes the Freeplane in this version! When a non-parsed text node is edited an endless loop is triggered. Something goes wrong on the change and Freeplane tries to undo it, but that returns to the automatic node processing. Can be avoided by forcibly reparsing the map!
