Updated the addon to omit using the ModeMap for storing the initialized action list window.
From now on the add-on is monkey patching the core Controller, to store the initialized instance.
There is no mechanism in Freeplane to share objects among the commands of an add-on, as all command scripts use different classloaders to load classes. I tried to put it in a library, and it didn't work either. So I ended up with monkey-patching, but I suspect it will not work on later versions of Freeplane, as this is a HUGE security hole.
