    With freepascal, I developed more than 100 applications and they are all working perfectly! It's better than Delphi now :-D

    Clean lanaguage that lowers possibility of mistakes by having checks done compile-time instead of runtime. Extensive runtime library and existing Delphi code is easily converted. Love the cross-platform aspect: get your code running on e.g. Windows, Linux and OSX!

    Free Pascal is excellent. Together with Lazarus it is the first choice for cross-platform development.
