This is the second release of the restructuring of the game core.

The additions to release 0.0.1 are a basically running client/server
framework, and a lot of more in-game classes (armies, heroes, cities etc.),
which are not used yet.

Apart from just having the source and a few tests to run, this release also
features a command-line chat client/server. The binary package contains only
