it is an attempt to preserve the structural distinctions made in the SGML version.

FreeDict version 0.1 is located at https://sourceforge.net/projects/freedict/files/English%20-%20Polish/0.1/

The first release (0.1) contains
* the TeX source by the Authors,
* the SGML version derived in the STEEL project by Katarzyna Głowińska and Marcin Woliński,
* the XML-ised SGML version with IPA codes, UTF-8 encoding and minor modifications that served as the 
  basis for the conversion into TEI XML,
* two TEI P5 XML source archives (.zip and .tar.bz2).

The license release statement is provided in all these archives.
