formi-0.9-alpha.tar.gz is a quite old release of FORMI (from May 24, 2006). 
It is, however, so far the only release. If you would like to look at a more
advanced version look at the sources which contain a strongly redone new
version. This is not yet fully tested and completed. So, there is still no
official release.
