Instructions: Run the executable then Launch the game.
I created this so I can play Metal Gear Rising at 60Hz. The frequency is hard coded and so it will only work at 60Hz. This is generally a fix for applications that use default system output functions. Most applications would have an override that makes this program useless but if the application has an override over the call, you shouldn't need this to run along side of it.

Hola Lo uso para el juego Metal Gear Rising en PC Que viene con el molesto bug de 24hz a resolucion de 1080p agradezco al creador y viene en dos versiones la 1.01 y 1.02 e probado la ultima en w10 y funciona bastante bien solo ejecuto el programa antes de lanzar el juego y listo.

I know its been a few years since this released but thank you so much for making this, it is also an incredibly easy program to use. Just launch it and then launch the game, and it auto reverts FPS to previous state perfectly. Also I'll but words here if others come looking that may get this picked up on google.
