Improvements

• Add --pwa-short-name and [tool.flet.web].pwa_short_name to flet build web to set the short_name of the web app manifest: the label shown under the app icon when the PWA is installed, e.g. on the iOS Home Screen. It defaults to the product name (#6911) by @FeodorFitsner.

Bug fixes

• Fix a web app built with flet build web getting its project name, e.g. my_app, as its label when installed as a PWA on iOS instead of its product name. The manifest's short_name, which iOS shows on the Home Screen, was set to the project name; it now defaults to the product name, like the page title. Product names containing quotes no longer break manifest.json (#6911) by @FeodorFitsner.
• Fix flet build, flet test and flet debug failing on new projects with a jni_flutter "Constant evaluation error" (#6919, #6920) by @ndonkoHenri.
• Fix flet build windows on Windows on ARM with an ARM64 Flutter SDK on PATH reporting success without copying the app to build/windows, and building an ARM64 app that can't load Flet's x64 Python runtime (#6926) by @ndonkoHenri.
• Fix a transparent window rendering as a solid black box on Linux (#1504, #6923) by @ndonkoHenri.
• Fix pip install "flet[all]" failing without a C++ compiler on Windows on ARM: flet-web no longer installs uvicorn[standard] there, whose httptools has no wheels for it (#6927) by @ndonkoHenri.
• Fix flet run crashing with inotify watch limit reached on Linux; it now warns that the app won't reload on changes and runs it anyway (#6711, #6924) by @ndonkoHenri.
• Fix Flet apps on Windows turning off HDR, or dimming and blanking external monitors, while running; the unused desktop plugins of screen_brightness are no longer bundled (#6629, #6493, #6925) by @ndonkoHenri.
