The file sha256vals.txt contains the sha256 checksum value associated with
each Windows installation file.
On Windows check the sha256sum using the executable sha256sum.exe in the
sha256sum.exe.zip file. This is a command line tool and works fine on
Windows 10 from the PowerShell command line.
