I've been looking for a RTMP client that is able to connect to a Red5 server and record a stream. After testing multiple commercial and non-commercial products, either with GUI or purely command line-based, I found Flazr to be the only one that performed the handshake correctly. The support I received from the developer, who helped me work out other issues, has been outstanding. I full-heartedly recommend everyone to try out this tool and ask for help in the forums if they encounter any problems. You won't be disappointed.
