Quick Instructions
You’ll need to install this program under the directory “c:\Program Files\Fizzle” . In this directory, you’ll have the application, a subdirectory named “StockData”, a subdirectory named “Analysis”, and a few .txt files containing stock symbols. The program is written in VB.Net 2005 so you’ll need .Net framework 2.0 (or newer) installed (Microsoft) to launch the application. To download stock data, click on “Enabled”, then click on “Download”, when done, unclick “Enabled”. Clicking on “Best” or “Best Buy” will create .txt files which can be loaded into a spreadsheet and sorted based on your preferences. Otherwise, click around and see what happens or be brave and read the instructions below.
