FilteredPush Files

This directory contains a resubmission for publication of the
manuscript "Semantic Annotation of Mutable Data" by members of the
FilteredPush team. It is a minor revision of a previous draft---which
is in the sister folder SemAnnMutableDataV2013-06-02---designed to
address reviewers remarks on that draft. The principal differences are
the moving to the Supplementary Materials three tables comprising
lists of namespace prefixes, terminolgy used in the paper, and a list
of extended examples, respectively. 

The contents of SupplementaryMaterials.zip comprises examples of data
annotations encoded as RDF/Turtle in the Open Annotation Ontology
http://www.openannotation.org/spec/core/ , along with SPARQL
competency questions, and two ontologies of our devising. The first,
oad.rdf extends OA as described in the manuscript.  The second,
dwcFP.owl is a purpose-built OWL representation of the Darwin Core
used in FilteredPush annotations.  Table 1 at the end of the
manuscript has a complete summarizes the Supplementary Materials along
with brief descriptions of its contents.  If the revised manuscript is
accepted, the Supplementary Materials will also be available from the
publisher's web site.
