The executable folder includes :

- the File_cleaner<VERSION>.zip : the complete application to decompress in a dedicated directory : File_Cleaner. It includes the File_Cleaner.exe with all dependencies required.
  Mandatory as a 1st install.

- File_Cleaner.exe given for convenience as replacement for updated version only. ie: each new code will have the new exe built and placed here, that way 
no need to recopy all the dll 

- FileCleaner_DLLPAck.zip : same as before but for dll resources and the ini file to let you start right now

In some words :  File_cleaner<VERSION>.zip = File_Cleaner.exe + FileCleaner_DLLPAck.zip
