Folder sizes are remembered — all of them

• Scanning a folder now remembers the size of every folder inside it. Open any folder below one that was scanned and its sizes are there at once.
• Leave a folder while it is being measured and nothing is lost: coming back continues from where it stopped.
• Sizes survive restarts (saved every two minutes and on exit) and load in the background, so startup doesn't wait.
• When a folder changes, its size and every total above it are measured again.

A new stats bar

• Drive: free space, used of total, and a capacity bar that turns red and glows when the drive is over 90% full.
• This folder: how many folders and files, and a bar showing what it's made of (images, video, archives, programs, code…).
• Selection: its size, or — when nothing is selected — the latest change in the folder.

Looks

• Nearly full drives in the sidebar are bright red with a soft glow.
• The active pane's edge glows in your accent colour.
• Settings → Accent colour now has a colour wheel with a brightness slider; the app changes colour live as you drag.
