Add workaround for latest Microsoft download restrictions
Note that, if you access the Microsoft servers using a VPN, this still won't help you, as Microsoft seems to aggressively filter VPN access now, regardless of whether you are using a script or the https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/software-download/windows11 download page.
