This software transplant ffmpeg to Microsoft VC++ environment. 
And use MFC to build a simple Graphical User Interface. 

Changes in 1.1:
- Add Unicode Character Set Support
- Fixed some memory leaks
- Fixed exit_program() function in ffmpeg.c to release the file when a conversion finished
- Fixed some functions in TaskList
