I can't connect to my Wifi network or manage my networks, solution:  

Step 1: Type this command in your terminal to install the gnome network manager: 
sudo apt install network-manager-gnome

Step 2: Go to Preferences> Default Applications for LXsession and add the 
"nm-applet" command to start automatically at boot time. 

Step 3:Reboot.
