KNOWN PROBLEMS

- Key authentication WITH passphrase encrypted keys doesn't seem to work. Possibly SharpSSH bug. Needs more debugging.
- Users with UAC will probably have problems.

TODO

- Interface improvements, such as file browser for private key path.
- UAC support?
- Folder uploading
- Multiple selection uploading (need to implement IShellContext for this - moderate work amount)
