PR #2082 by cp89cyber and by ksylvan: Add --print-prompt prompt export mode
- Added a new
--print-promptflag that renders the composed chat messages and exits without calling a model. - Reused the shared message formatting logic so dry-run and prompt export produce consistent output.
- Added validation, documentation, and tests for the new prompt export mode.
- Rejected
--print-promptwhen combined with--workflow, returning an error consistent with--dry-runand--output-session. - Translated the
--print-prompthelp text and error messages across all 11 non-English locales. - Changed the
--dry-runrole headers from lowercase (user:,assistant:) to capitalized (User:,Assistant:) to match the prompt export format.
