Release v3.0.3
get this. i used a windows on arm laptop. and did editing on it. and it actually worked so much better than my main computer.
so now i'm using my laptop so much more. i enjoy converting videos a little faster and now i've introduced windows on arm compatibility! this only applies to the installer, the zip download remains an x86-64 build for now
this update also introduces new support for D3D12VA / the Windows Media Foundation, which allows devices without specialized support (such as Qualcomm powered devices with hardware acceleration) to also work with the video conversion tools ezytdl offers! if your device is capable of using the other tools, it's probably preferred to keep this option disabled as i'm quite unsure about the quality settings. nonetheless, i will continue using my arm laptop & will improve this implementation wherever i see fit!
the new WMF support does require a build of FFmpeg that was currently not offered on ezytdl, so i have swapped the FFmpeg build to BtbN's repository exclusively for win32 builds, which includes the windows media foundation acceleration! this repository also has native windows on arm builds to be used as well, so ezytdl will download the appropriate architecture now :D
