ezScrum Files

Hi Dear Friends,

I am Si Jyun Wang, the Product Owner of ezScrum, so sorry for delay the release.
We had tested the ezScrum v1.5 release candidate, but in this moment
we think the candidate is still in alpha stage.
We planned the debug process and regression test in next 2 weeks,
so the most possible formal v1.5 release is dated in 2011/12/16.

Hi Dear Friends,

We released the v1.5 ezScrum finally.
you can download installation related binary files in the "bin" folder.
you can download documents in the "doc" folder.
Please clear bowser cache in client side, after updating the ezScrum server.


--Bug fixes--
1.Fix Taskboard shrink after operating(for Firefox 4,5,6,7,8)
2.Disable the buttons of Sprint Backlog when there is no data in the project.
3.Fix the Scrum report, when there is no running sprint.
4.Fix the prompt appearing when user failed to login.
5.Fix the prompt appearing when user input wrong SQL Server connection settings.
6.Fix the session expired handing.
7.Fix the permission of admin。
---Be Aware---
We had fixed bugs of administrator permission of ezScrum
in v1.5 release of ezScrum, 
however users should use 
the updateadmin patch, which is available in the bin folder,
to fix the wrong data record in the ezScrum database stored in SQL Server.
Please refer the readme file in the bin folder 
for more detailed update steps.

8.Make the tag,which is attached on a story, be removed when the tag is removed.
9.Make the Printable Story PDF displaying Traditional Chinese Characters(for Ubuntu)
10.Make user can update task information when checking out the task.
11.Fix the disappear of Burndown chart when there is no internet connection.
12.Make the user can download attachment files which name with chinese characters.
13.Fix the false alarm of sprint demo date when user edit sprint.
14.Limit the user to input 128 character(include Traditional Chinese characters) in the name related columns.
15.Make the sync of "Remaining Work", "Schedule Report" report
when user press the tabs in the Scrum Report.
16.Make user can inspect Remaining Work in the Scrum Report,
even if there existed stories with no tasks.
17.Make the information of the combo box synced, after editing sprint in the sprint plan page.
18.Make the story list below sprint list synced, after deleting a sprint.
19.Limit user to add or edit account name with special characters.
20.Make the session expired mechanism working in the Management page.
21.Make the Guest Permission working(User as Guest Role can only access TaskBoard)。
22.Limit User to input special character in the user id, name column,
when creating and editing account information.
23.Limit the name of story or task without special character to make the drag and drop action working.
24.Make the data in the Management page synced,
after the user, logged in as Admin, edit account information and refresh the browser(f5 key).

--New features--
1.User can search content by keywords in Column "Name", "Note", "How to demo" in the Product backlog.
2.User can filter the stories by tag name in the Product Backlog.
3.User can choose the partner of a task by selecting partner name.
4.User can sort the Story items when selecting the existed story in the Sprint Backlog.

--Known bugs--
1.User accessed the link of stories and tasks will not show any information(especially for IE family)
2.User accessed Scrum Report using IE family browser in result of different dimension 
comparing with other browser.
3.User logged on as any role, accessed the member page will not see any user as Stakeholder.
4.User can create a project, which name is the same as the name of an existed project.
5.Users logged in and access ezScrum simultaneously, the ezScrum system may
perform abnormally. Please reload the web site page and try again.


--修正--
1.使用者使用Firefox 4以上版本瀏覽Taskboard經過操作後能正常顯示不會縮成一條線。
2.使用者點選Sprint Backlog所有的按鈕都不能被點選，當該專案中沒有任何資料時。
3.使用者在Scrum Report頁面中可以正常顯示報表，就算是專案沒有進行中的Sprint存在。
4.使用者在輸入錯誤的帳號或密碼時會有錯誤提示出現。
5.使用者在新建專案時，若輸入錯誤的SQL Server資訊，會有錯誤提示出現。
6.使用者對系統作操作，當session過期，使用者會被訊息提示並導回首頁。
7.修正admin權限。
---注意---
我們已經在ezScrum v1.5釋出版本中修正了關於ezScrum系統管理者的bug，
但是使用者必須配合執行一個patch去修正已經儲存在ezScrum database中的錯誤資料。
請參照位於bin目錄中的readme檔案作進一步的了解。

8.使用者移除一個已經用於標記story的tag時必須於被標記的story中移除該tag標記。
9.使用者可以在Ubuntu系統中正常顯現包含中文的Printable Story PDF檔案。
10.使用者在Taskboard頁面中拖拉card時，可以編輯所有資訊（除了ID）並更新card內容。
11.使用者在沒有網路連線時能正常顯示Burndown chart。
12.使用者能夠正常下載包含中文檔名的附加檔案。
13.使用者編輯Sprint時demoDate欄位有時會有異常警告訊息出現。
14.使用者只能輸入128個字元（包含繁中字元）以下到大部分name的欄位
15.使用者檢視ScrumReport 中的Remaining Work、Schedule Report的頁面點 tab 可以更新報表。
16.使用者可以正常檢視ScrumReport 中的Remaining Work，若該專案只有一個story而且story下沒有任何task，
進入該頁時會跳出server failure。
17.使用者在sprint plan頁面編輯sprint時，sprintBacklog中的sprint combo box不會有相對應的反應。
18.使用者在sprint plan頁面刪除sprint時，底下的story list不會更新。
19.使用者新增、修改member時，該member的name沒有阻擋特殊字元，造成系統損壞。
20.使用者在Management頁面中即使session expires還是可以submit。
21.使用者以Guest登入時可以看到所有頁面，應該只能看到taskboard。
22.使用者於Create、Edit使用者的時候user id、user name沒有防止特殊字元，
而且新增重覆帳號時出現的訊息是invalid，不符合實際狀況。
23.使用者在task board頁面中拖拉時，若story或task的name有特殊字元狀態不會被儲存。
24.使用者以Admin登入後，在management頁面編輯帳號後，按下refresh鍵，資料會抓到舊狀態顯示。

--新功能--
1.使用者在Product Backlog可以關鍵字搜尋Name, Note, How to demo三個欄位。
2.使用者在Product Backlog頁面能正常對Tag欄位進行filter功能。
3.使用者可以以選取的方式選擇一起進行task的partner。
4.使用者在Sprint Backlog頁面選擇加入以存在的story時，Story列表可以正常使用sort功能。

--已知議題--
1.使用者以IE9瀏覽器點選taskboard頁面中，story或task上的id連結時不會有反應
2.使用者以IE9瀏覽器檢視Scrum Report，報表區域的寬高呈現與其他瀏覽器（Chrome, Firefox）不一致
3.任何角色登入後，進入member頁面都看不到有Stakeholder角色的使用者
4.使用者可以建立一個專案該名稱與一個已經存在的專案一致。
5.多個使用者登入且同時操作ezScrum，ezScrum系統可能會發生不正常行為。
若發生不正常行為請重新載入頁面並再嘗試。
