    Install fails on OS X 10.7.5 with following error: com.apple.SecurityServer: Failed to authorize right 'system.install.app-store-software' by client '/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/PackageKit.framework/Versions/A/Resources/installd' [3091] for authorization created by '/System/Library/CoreServices/Installer.app' [3083] ExtFSManager gets installed in System Preferences but is unable to mount any file systems

    10.6 install fails: 22/06/2011 11:38:58 Installer[84134] <ZeroSliderSplitView: 0x1002ac670>: the delegate <TargetSelectPage: 0x119607570> was sent -splitView:resizeSubviewsWithOldSize: and left the subview frames in an inconsistent state: 22/06/2011 11:38:58 Installer[84134] Split view bounds: {{0, 0}, {402, 104}} 22/06/2011 11:38:58 Installer[84134] Subview frame: {{0, 0}, {0, 32}} 22/06/2011 11:38:58 Installer[84134] Subview frame: {{0, 0}, {402, 104}} 22/06/2011 11:38:58 Installer[84134] The outer edges of the subview frames are supposed to line up with the split view's bounds' edges. NSSplitView is working around the problem, perhaps at the cost of more redrawing. (This message is only logged once per NSSplitView.) 22/06/2011 11:39:58 Installer[84134] The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance.
