v4.6.23.3 could not be created: composer create-project stopped on framework.trusted_proxies (Symfony 5.4 does not accept %env(default::TRUSTED_PROXIES)%). v4.6.23.4 fixes it and the errors a fresh install showed after it:

se7enxweb/site-legacy-bundle^2.0.0.1 (one Legacy Bridge, se7enxweb/eztags, Exponential footers), keeps Twig below 3.31 (the 3.x head breaks the site API's Twig nodes), and runs the legacy scripts before the cache is built. - Docs: the admin lives at
/admin/; REST tokens are signed withAPP_SECRET(no keypair to generate). - Fixed in the packages it installs: core 4.6 keeps installed content published and tolerates drafts without names (Setup, Design and content views returned 500); the 4.6 Legacy Bridge recipe has the
ibexa:*build scripts and the REST CSRF intention the admin UI writes (the content tree returned 401); the rich text datatype stores links on the legacy connection (legacy publish with a link timed out on SQLite).
Known: 14 advisories (Guzzle 6, PSR-7 1.x, Flysystem 2) with no fix on the 4.6 line; Flysystem 2 is the accepted 4.6 limit.
Verified with a fresh SQLite install of these commits (PHP 8.3): every documented step exits 0, 17/17 page and sign-in checks twice, legacy publish with a link, no CRITICAL, no legacy error log.
