experix laboratory control system Files

This is material from some unfinished projects involving the Xilinx
CoolRunner CPLD demo board and experix. Logic designs were done using
iverilog and the Xilinx software, for GNU-Linux. There are Verilog
designs, C programs and experix scripts for:

  alex     alternating laser excitation, uses the CoolRunner and some
           analog circuitry to drive a laser modulator, and to count
           photons
  fpr2     fluorescence photobleaching recovery, uses the CoolRunner to
           apply brief high-intensity laser pulses and count photons
           before and after each pulse
  ppio     for testing and developing the parallel-port interface to
           the CoolRunner
  
  diagrams   a start on writing a book about all this

Download cpld-stuff.tgz2 and extract it:  tar -xjf cpld-stuff.tgz2
It makes the cpld-stuff directory, with a readme file that describes
the contents.
