Responses web search and replay fixes (#1262). Python only; pairs with exp-gateway-native 0.3.143.

  • An OpenRouter Responses rung (openrouter.ai origin) no longer receives include: ["web_search_call.action.sources"], which OpenRouter refuses with 400 "Invalid Responses API request" while relaying OpenAI's own search. Direct Responses rungs still ask for sources. The route discloses include.web_search_call.action.sources->dropped(unsupported_by_provider) when the OpenRouter rung leads, or ...->dropped(unsupported_by_fallback_provider) when only a fallback could omit them.
  • A replayed reasoning item loses its output-only status, as input messages already did. OpenAI refused it with 400 "Unknown parameter: 'input[N].status'" and serves the same item without it.
  • Includes 0.7.177 (#1261): a gateway reasoning carrier stays with its own tool turn when a client records a developer or system message inside it.
