Project description: This project defines a walk-up-and-use, wiki-like experience designed to encourage the widest possible deployment of basic DITA writing capability across new communities of users, whose requirements can help drive additional DITA tools and services.

This release is an initial project donation. It generally demonstrates the project goals of DITA usage as the underlying format for collaboration use. This release should be considered as Alpha quality insofar as it has:
-yet to be created function (in particular, an expected database abstraction layer and RESTful APIs for rendering/search/etc.)
-incomplete function (search, topic version management for example)
-buggy function (generally expected of software that has not had "many eyes" on it yet)
