Description

PLEASE NOTE that we are in the process of moving to GitHub: https://github.com/libexpat/libexpat

This is James Clark's Expat XML parser library in C. It is a stream oriented parser that requires setting handlers to deal with the structure that the parser
discovers in the document.

Please ignore the "review" from debguy - he is very confused. There is NO claim from Microsoft in these files: what debguy has found is that the author's have included project files so that, if you want, you can use Visual Studio to build the source code. His reference to "Tailand" (sic) seems to come from the Copyright notice that refers to "Thai Open Source Software Center Ltd" which is just the name of James Clark's company (Clark was born in the UK and lives in Thailand - which makes him an expat, of couse). Expat is a superb piece of work.

has been copy-lefted by Tailand, Microsoft claims ownership of project (see Microsoft Licensing, Microsoft developer files are included). Larry Wall and James Clark copyright have been DELETED. thanks tailand for giving us americans rights to use our own work! has had many new bugs, regressions and refixes of old bugs they created. product confusion: this "product" intently has stolen the name and likeness of an authentic product while providing obstructions and fraudulent licensing / ownerships: it contains tampering. i'm not saying it does work (it worked before they got it). i am saying it is a NON-FREE and also STOLEN work. this would be less tamperous if it were not on a UNIX ORIGIN site (Source Forge) and if Microsoft developers had not altered new versions to point unix groups to get a copy of expat which has been tampered with heavily.
