PHP Class to Export/Import MySQL databas Reviews

The PHP Class was clear and simple. Unfortunately, the class uses deprecated MySQL functions. Worse, the exported table was malformed XML. The import function could not read the exported file. The deprecated MySQL functions were not a problem I modified them easily enough. The malformed XML is a different issue. It has to do with UTF encoding.
