Basic Instructions:

1. extract all 3 files from frog_app.zip onto your local drive (into the same folder)
2. open 'connections.txt' in a text editor
3. add database connection details using the format shown in connections.txt
4. double click frog.exe.

This version of frog has been greatly improved:

1. it now handles select statements - results are returned to the output panel in .csv format
2. multiple connections can be defined and stored in the connections.txt file
3. database password security has been added
4. frog can connect to SQL Server and Oracle databases (requires Oracle Client software to be installed)
5. SQL statements that you use a lot can be stored in the templates.txt file - they will then appear in a dropdown
list every time you open frog
6. SQL statements that you place in the templates.txt can include the wildcard character (^). 
When this character is used within an SQL template, this character will be replaced with the text that is currently selected in the SQL box
