Evol2Circos provide a tool based user-friendly platform to analyse user specific data for synteny construction and visualization, and a web based platform to facilitate the browsing of the syntenic information of different fish species using Circos plot, bar, dual and dot plot. The information generated from Evol2Circos can also be used for further downstream analysis.
