• Drk - Fix the anonymous user ID always being empty. Existing users are given a proper ID on startup.
• Drk - Fix GetBestLaneFor recursing forever and crashing ETS2LA with a stack overflow.
• Drk - Remove steady-state allocations from the telemetry read path. Allocation while on a job down 98%.
