ETS2LA C# 3.4.31

• Added Experiments tab in the settings.
• Added ETS2LA.ML.
• ETS2LA.ML.Vision provides a synthetic camera system for machine learning and computer vision models inside ETS2LA. This is still experimental, and only included for development purposes. You can view the default cameras via Settings -> Experiments -> Render Vision Cameras.
• Note that using Experiments may cause instability and performance issues.
• Drk - Fix overlay not recovering after a missed frame. This caused additional CPU usage further worsening the problem.

Note: This update is experimental. It might be worth it to way a day or two before updating to let us fix any issues people report.

NVIDIA - Set OpenGL GDI Compatibility to Prefer Compatible in the NVIDIA App.
AMD - Disable HDR in Windows settings.
