ETS2LA C# 3.4.3

• Implement ETS2LA.Game.Telemetry events. These can be added to as we need more events from the telemetry data.
• SET will now also unpause steering assist in addition to ACC. You can unpause just steering using the ASSIST key.
• INCREASE / DECREASE will now set the target speed to the current speed when unpausing, if the current speed is over 5kph more than the target. This avoids an AEB event after resuming ACC.
• SET behaviour is now SpeedLimit by default. All existing users' settings won't be changed.
• ApplicationState now automatically follows speed limits. This was waiting for telemetry events to be done.
• core-plugins update, check Discord for latest .DLLs.
