ETS2LA C# 3.4.23

• Wiki sidebar page is now implemented, although very basic.
• Crashes are now correctly sent to the server via a Counter, rather than only being logged locally.
• Drk - Refactored game version detection, now works on both operating systems.
• Drk - You can now add a game ETS2LA missed manually in the SDK settings.
