ETS2LA C# 3.4.19

• Added new assistance options: Maximum Speed to change your maximum allowed speed, and Ignore Traffic Rules to ignore traffic lights, speedlimits etc...
• Ignore Traffic Rules requires a plugin side update to work.
• Added a button on the dashboard to donate to development.
• Added the option to Force Map Load in the data settings. This will force ETS2LA to load the game map on game startup. Can resolve issues where game.log.txt is not where ETS2LA expects it.
• Drk - Clear old plugin shadows at startup.
• Drk - Run tick loops in completely separate threads.
• Drk - Keep unicode characters when sanitizing paths in ETS2LA.Game.
• Drk - Settings saving is now behind a lock to avoid race conditions.
