ETS2LA C# 3.3.7

• Tweak dashboard page, remove previous Ko-Fi donation button and placeholder content.
• Dashboard buttons now open their respective pages.
• Add a drag corner to the window on Linux. You can now resize by dragging it as usual.
• Remove the feedback tab from the sidebar.
• Add a search bar to the plugin manager.
• Removed Example Consumer, Example Provider, Force Feedback, Overlay Pong plugins from the repository itself. These will be added back later as catalogue plugins. The same will happen to Internal Visualization however since it's still required, it will be kept until the catalogue is ready.
