Small Changes

The app will now automatically detect all ETS2 / ATS versions installed through steam (as long as they are in one of the steamlibrary folders).
Ignore pycache files, this will save maybe 5mb of download size

Bug Fixes

Fix dxcam image being corrupted.
If have the issue right now, then please use the included.bat file in the folder with start.bat.
Fix API breaking when non UTF-8 characters are present (the data is still corrupt, but now It won't crash the plugin.
