Unpack the files:

Readme.txt (this file)

to any Windows computer and run setup.exe.

Enquire Within II will then install itself to allow you to explore.

First read the Help|Help Topics material under Getting Started with Enquire Within 
and try the examples. If you don't you will not make sense of what you see.
