Removed obsolete custom SSL Security Protocol Type enum, added TLS 1.3 (ServicePointManager.SecurityProtocol). UserAgent strings update (Chrome 99). Optimized HTTPWebRequest creation method (parameters amd request headers). NuGet Update ->> 'HtmlAgilityPack' to version 1.11.42.
