EMPCCCC Version 0 is completely UNTESTED. The Delphi code compiles, however I do NOT have the hardware to test the program on as of 2012 Dec12.

All EMPCCCC files are included in the zip file.
There is no install program.

How to Install EMPCCCC?
    * Make a directory and unzip the file in it. (C:\Program Files\EMPCCCC is suggested) Actually I have a disk drive for my programs. F:\EMPCCCC

    * Make a Shortcut to EMPCCCC.exe and Drag it into the Start/ Programs or your desktop to enable easily starting EMPCCCC.
