EMPCCCC Version 13.4.1.2013 is working.
All EMPCCCC files are included in the zip file. The Arduino folder is also included as a zipped folder.
There is no install program.

How to Install EMPCCCC?
* Make a directory and unzip the file in it. (C:\Program Files\EMPCCCC is suggested) Actually I have a disk drive for my programs. F:\EMPCCCC
The zip contains 2 zip files and this readme.txt
Missile code : is the Delphi folder to run on the PC
EMPCCCC : contains Arduino code folders. The ArduinoMissile folder contains the missile code.
Unzip them.
The Missile code folder contains MissileCommand.exe
* Make a Shortcut to MissileCommand.exe and Drag it into the Start/ Programs or your desktop to enable easily starting EMPCCCC MissileCommand.exe.
The EMPCCCC folder contains arduino code folders
* place it in your Arduino folder (preferably Not examples or libraries) so it can be loaded from the Arduino Ide.
