For eMKatic:
  Files in this folder are only needed for custom translations. Modify the
  appropriate files and drag them into the main window, and restart the
  emulator. Needed two files: emkatic.xx.po and lclstrconsts.xx.po, where xx
  is the language identifier.

For subprojects:
  The corresponding files for subprojects need to be downloaded and dragged
  into the main window of eMKatic (not a window of subproject).
